The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the latest STI Jobs 2021 Punjab Educators Apply Online OTRS in all Punjabi Schools as a nine-month internship program in order to meet the emerging needs of students and to address the shortage of teaching staff in Punjabi schools, as the number of teacher positions in the province are vacant and cannot be filled through direct recruitment and promotion. The overall purpose of STI is to provide the Intern with the greatest possible introduction to the subject of teaching. These teaching interns will learn about the community in which they hope to find work. The STI Jobs 2021 are available for hire under the following terms and conditions.

New 2021 policy for educators

Under the new education policy, contract teaching work will never be permanent. After the selection of candidates divided into the following categories, the salary package is not fixed.
Candidates for the intermediate pass shall be sent to primary school
Candidates for the BA pass will be posted to primary school
Master’s students are posted in the SST secondary school.
