In Punjab schools, it has also been planned to have temporary School Teachers Interns (STIs). They would be paid a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000, depending on their level of education (Primary to Higher Secondary), for a period of six months. For the recruitment of STIs, the department has been sent to the Chief Minister of Punjab. Initially, more than 20,000 temporary teachers were to be hired in Punjab for upper and higher secondary schools, with 6868 STIs being hired in Phase-1.
Eligible applicants with the relevant qualifications can apply for STI Jobs 2021 by the Punjab Government of Pakistan for Upcoming 3000 Vacancies of School Teaching Interns through the Punjab Government of Pakistan’s Online Teacher Recruitment System (OTRS). Below are the specifics and descriptions for each position.
Keep in mind that this is Phase 1 of the recruitment of internees for Primary School Teachers (PST), Elementary School Teachers (EST), Secondary School Teachers (SST) in the six districts of DG Khan, Gujranwala, Rahim Yar Khan, Mianwali, Rajanpur, and Sialkot (SST). A total of six phases will be used to recruit STIs across the Punjab School Education Department.

New 2021 policy for educators
.
Under the new education policy, contract teaching work will never be permanent. After the selection of candidates divided into the following categories, the salary package is not fixed.
Candidates for the intermediate pass shall be sent to primary school
Candidates for the BA pass will be posted to primary school
Master’s students are posted in the SST secondary school.
