Admission Procedure and Schedule:

1 . Incomplete application forms shall not be entertained (atany stage).

2. Applicants are required to submit original Bank Challan of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) with application forms as admission processing fee (non-refundable).
3. Candidates applying in more than one discipline can get add Wonal admission forms by paying Rs. 500/– per form.
4. Challan forms are available at HBL main Branch Bagh and Allied Bank Main Branch Bagh.
5. In case Challan form is not available, the candidates are required to submit the original Bank draft of equal amount in favour of Treasurer, Women University of AJ&K, Bagh.
6. All the employees of Public Sector organizations have to produce the certificate of study/NOC from their respective head officers/departments to pursue their studies are regular students.
7. In case of incorrect I misleading information or concealment of facts, the WUAJ&K, Bagh shall have the rights to refuse/cancel the admission and expel the student from the University.
8. Application duly filled and signed should be sent to Director Student Affairs (DSA), Women University of AJ&K, Bagh, either by hand or by registered courier service on or before the closing date 25-01-2019. The Application forms received after last date will not be acceptable.
9. Application forms can be downloaded from the website. www.wuajkedu.pk.

1 0. Downloaded or photocopied application forms should be sent along with original copy of Bank challan with the required documents, otherwise the forms will not be accepted.

1 1 . Where the number of candidates will be less than the requirement, the decision of the commencement of class will finally rest with the authorities.

Criteria

1 . 1 6 years of education (Annual System 2 division, Semester System CGPA 2.5/4.0 or 3.0/5.0).

2. No third division in academic career.
3. Candidate has to secure 50% marks in U-GAT conducted by University.
4. The entry tests & Interviews for admission to M.Phil I MS Program of studies

will be conducted through Departmental Admission Committee (DAC).

5. No Age limit.

1 . 1 8 years of education (Annual System I division, Semester System CGPA 3.0/4.0 or 3.5/5.0).

2. No third division in academic career.
3. GRE/GAT Subject (Local/International) as per HEC directions.
