 1. Please fill in the admission application form below. 

 2. Submit the form when you finish. You will receive a Form Number. Please note it carefully. 

 3. Download and print the following documents;

     a) Admission Application Form

     b) Challan Form

     c) ID Card Development Slip

     d) Hand Writing Sample

     e) Course Exemption Application Performa (if applicable)

 4. Deposit the challan to the nearest Bank Branch (as specified in challan) & attach a copy of deposited Bank Challan along with

     required documents. Finally, mail the hard copy of your complete admission form at the following address or nearest VU Campus;

 5. The University reserves the right to schedule practicals, based on the capacity available in the relevant city/lab [Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad/ Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Quetta] 

 6. Please attach requisite documents as prescribed by the Higher Education Commission in case of Foreign/Dual National residing in Pakistan or residing abroad.
