Applications are invited from meritorious students (residents of Sindh), currently studying in Grade 5, in the schools of the School Education & Literacy
Department, GoS, and Sindh Education Scholarship Program 2021-22, and intend to peruse post-primary education in Public School Mirpurkhas. Total 50-Merit- Based
Scholarships are being offered for Grade 6, for the academic year 2021-22. This offer is for the students residing in Mirpurkhas and Umerkot districts.
Students will need to qualify for ‘Entry Test/Interview conducted by Public School Mirpurkhas. The admissions will depend upon the clearance of the entry test
and fulfill the admission criteria of Sindh Education Scholarship Program 2021-22, Public School Mirpurkhas to qualify for the Scholarship. This will further be subject to the verification of documents.
Details of Sindh Education Scholarship Program 2021-22
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION: This scholarship opportunity is only for meritorious students (residents of Sindh) currently studying in Grade 5 of the Schools of School Education & Literacy Department and Sindh Education Scholarship Program 2021-22.
Sindh Education Scholarship Program 2021-22, Please fill the application form properly with complete and correct information/ answers. a. Completely filled in Admission Form, duly endorsed by the concerned Head Teacher (as per the requirements contained therein) along with recent 02 passport size pictures and the original Fee Challan must be submitted to the SIBA Testing Service (STS), Sukkur IBA University, Prof. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur, by courier or by hand. In case the submitted Registration Forms are not duly filled in, and/or fail to meet the requisite criteria, such Form will be rejected.
Please do not leave any field blank, otherwise, your application may not be considered. ü In case of any omission or misrepresentation, SEF will not be responsible and reserves the right to reject the Application at any stage. ü Applicants are required to keep the record of fee deposit slip/ challan.
Submission of application form by hand/courier at SIBA Testing Service (STS), Sukkur IBA University, Prof. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur. ü Entry Test Fee is non-refundable. Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed in test center premises.
Information about Roll No Slip will be provided by SMS, Website, Email, Facebook. ü The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) only of Subjects including English (40%), Mathematics (40%), and General Science 20%). Finally, selected students’ parents will sign an undertaking with SEF that their son/daughter will continue education up till Grade 12 under the Scholarship Program.
