Position: Head of Information Technology
Qualification:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant held (like Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Software Engineering, ICT) from a recognized local/foreign university.
Preference will be given to Master’s Degree holders.
Experience:
Minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience. 8 years of experience must be working in Bank(s). At least 5 years of heading/managing IT Department(s) of IT Division/Group of Bank(s). Experience of Head of IT/CEO will be an added benefit.
Required knowledge & skills:
The candidate must be a Team Leader with IT Management Skills.
• Should have reasonable experience of Core Banking Software Development or Implementation or Management.
• Should have good exposure of Digital Payment Systems.
• Should have a sound understanding of IT Infrastructure of Data Center, particularly related to virtualization and security requirements.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Branch, Campus and Data Center Networking and Security needs.
• Experience of Head oil/CEO will be an added benefit.
• Must be familiar with SBP’s Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Framework.
Age: Minim urn 40 years
The position demands highly motivated, result-oriented individuals with leadership skills, well-versed with the applicable banking regulations, laws and practices.
