1 Only Sindh domiciled are eligible.

(i) Pay Order Bank Demand Draft in favor of Vice-Chancellor, SMBBMU Larkana:
(a) Rs.1500/- for S# 1-5 and Rs. 5001- for Sr # 6-7 (Non-refundable) for Project titled “Establishment of Centre for Advanced Research in Molecular Genetic and Allied
Facilities, at SMBB Medical University, Larkana, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University.
(b) Rs.1500/- for S# 1-3 and Rs. 500/- for S# 4-5 (Non-refundable) for Project titled “Construction of CentrallDigital Library at Chandka Medical College Larkana.
(ii) Three recent passport-size photographs.
(iii) Bnef cumculum vitae
(iv) Attested photocopies of Academic Certificates, Domicile, PRC Form NDN. valid CNIC.
(v) Copy of valid updated Registration Certificate from PEC (if applicable).
(vi) Copy of validl updated experience certificate(s).
