Quick Courier and Logistics Services intends to acquire Office Space for its Regional Offices. OCS invites Sealed Tenders/E0l to hire an independent Building/Portion for Regional/Divisional Offices, initially for the Period of Five Years (extendable). The premises should be located in the following Areas I Cities I Divisional Headquarters:

SPACE: Space with approx. Covered Area between 240 to 600 Sq. Ft. (With Proper Parking Area)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
a) Owner MUST have valid NTN Certificate C) The Building MUST be Free from all the Encumbrances
b) Contract will be Renewable every 5 Years d) Owner MUST have Uisputed Ownership of the Property Interested Person/Parties well acquainted in above areas and qualified to meet the Eligibility Criteria are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) in Sealed Envelopes by indicating that they are Qualified to perform with details of their profiles to the undersigned within 15 days of the Date of Publishing of this Notice. QCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals without assigning any reason.
