Qualification: | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC accredited University. |
Preferred experience / credentials: | • Minimum 07 years of active experience in school supervision and inspection of standard institutions. • Verifiable record of ability to install a system of checks and balances so as bring tangible improvement in overall educational and administrative standards. • Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, computer proficiency and effective English communication skills/correspondence ability. |
Expectation: | Willingness to visit/stay in remote areas of Punjab for frequent inspections of Daanish institutions. |
Job Responsibilities: | • Design, update & carry out monitoring tools for schools overall indicators of performance. • Prepare adequate mapping (on-going activities, targeted areas, general maps). • Monitoring the implementation of the strategic and operational plan as well as delivery agreements. • Monitoring frontline service delivery mechanisms in Daanish Schools. • Policies, instructions, and compliances of government departments are integrated and aligned to the PDS&CEA. |
Age Limit: | Up to 50 years (63 years for retired government officer/official). |
Location: | Head Office Lahore. |
Pay & Benefits: | OG-HI (Equivalent to BPS-19). |
