(SESSION 201 9-2024)
FIVE YEARS DOCTOR OF PHARMACY (PHARM.D) ANNUAL
(REGULAR AND SELF-SUPPORTING PROGRAMME)
Online applications are invited from Punjab Domiciled candidates who have obtained at least 60% marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical), BSc. (After 60% in F.Sc. Pre Medical) or equivalent examination (Pre-Medical) for admission to Pharm. D. Session 2019-2024 of Regular (Morning) & Self Supporting (Evening) program. To increase the chances of admission, candidates are encouraged to apply against reserved seats if they are eligible. Fee for each programme is Rs. 500/-
(I) Th. criteria and the detail of reserved seats have been provided at www.admissionpucp.edu.pk and in the prospectus.
(ii) Only for the morning. 2 marks will be deducted from percent academic marks for each late session to a maximum of immediate last five sessions. There is no marks deduction for evening self-supporting program.
Detail of reserved seats and procedure for applying are mentioned on www.admissionpucp.edu.pk and in the prospectus. Incomplete applications in any respect will not be entertained.
(i) On the Admission Portal www.admissionpucpadu.pk Create Account> Login> Read Instructions> Fill in Registration form> Save & Finalize> Print> Deposit fee in any HBL branch > Check for change of Application status from ‘Pending “Paid & Ready to Submit”within 3 days of deposit. (In case of any problem, contact during office hours, 8 am to 4 pm on the contacts given below. The contacts shall be opened in off-days during admissions.
(II) Submit the Printed and Signed (in ink) Application along with all necessary documents (prescribed in the checklist for a respective seat) to Admission Office, Punjab University College of Pharmacy, University of Punjab, Allama Iqbal Campus, Lahore-54000 within 4 working days of the closing date, by post/courier.

The online portal for admission will be opened on 01-10-2019 and closed on 11-1 0-2019 at 4:00 p.m.
i. The application will be considered only if the fee (and other dues, if any) is deposited within valid dates (i.e. 01-10-2019 to 11-10-2019)
ii. Exclusion of any step given under Application Procedure will cause loss of admission right.
iii. The incomplete application will not be entertained.
iv. Limited Hostel accommodation is available on a merit basis for students admitted under the morning program, the university is not bound to provide hostel accommodation to each admitted student.
v. Hostel accommodation is not available for the students admitted under the Self-Supporting (Evening) Programme.
