2. Application must be accompanied with the Bank deposit slip of Rs.1000/- for all positions as a non-refundable processing fee submitted to the account of Hospital ai Bank Islami Bank Road Mardan Account # 3035- 0010243-0201 Branch Code 3035.
3. The competent authority has the right to increase/decrease or cancel any or one of th positions.
4. CV along-with passport size photograph and attested photocopies of all degrees, certificates, CNIC and other related documents should be sent with the application.
5. In-service employees should apply through proper channels.
6. No TA / DA wifi be admissible for test / interview.
7. Applications should be addressed to Hospital Director, and reach the office of th Manager HR & OD, MTl Mardan within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
• Applications must be in a sealed envelope, with the position applied for clearly writt shall be sent through courier/TCS;
• By hand applications or without prescribed form wifi not be entertained.
• Incomplete applications or without bank deposit slip will not be entertained.
