Adeel Plaza, Fazal-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad for S. No. 1 to 3 within fifteen days of
publication of this advertisement.
For S. No. 4, application on plain paper mentioning Name, Father’s name, Date of birth, Domicile,
Phone No., Mailing Address, CNIC copy, one Photograph may be sent to Administrative Officer,
National Veterinary Laboratory, (NARC) Gate No. 02, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad,
