• The candidates wishing to apply for the posts in the above-mentioned fields are advised to carefully read the given details to ascertain their eligibility status and follow the application guidelines available on our website

• First-class/division in the prescribed final I terminal degree and only one-second class I division in the entire academic career from matric onwards is mandatory for the posts in the fields of “Quality Assurance” and “Planning & Development’. However, this condition is not applicable for the post of “Consultant”

• First-class/division means a minimum of 60% marks for an annual system of examination or minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 for semester system and the second class I division means a minimum of 50% marks for annual system or minimum CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 for semester system

• No third division in the entire academic career is allowed

• The position of ‘Consultant” is a contract based position. A competitive market based fixed monthly remuneration/pay package will be offered which will be decided on the basis of the relevant experience, expertise and exposure of the recommended/selected candidate

• The appointment on the positions will be offered on a contract basis. However, suitably qualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered for regular appointment. This provision is not applicable to the position of “Consultant”

• The posts are Islamabad based. Test/Interview for the posts will be conducted at 1ST, Islamabad campus only

• The applications with academic qualifications/ degrees and experience in the relevant field will be considered only

• Only shortlisted candidates as per merit would be called for the written test! interview

• Compliance to eligibility criteria for any post does not guarantee to shortlist for the written test? interview

• If a large number of applications are received for the posts then only the best suitable candidates would be called for a written test? interview

• Employees of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous organizations should apply Through Proper Channel”

• Ex-armed forces / retired civil personnel / Ex-servicemen will be employed under Category-Il. They should also submit attested photocopies of their armed forces / civil discharge/retirement certificate /release/retirement order and NOC in respect of re-employment from SPD along with their application forms

• Completely filled Application Forms along with detailed updated CVs attested photocopies of the degrees, final transcripts, certificates, final marks sheets from matric onwards, CNIC, recent passport size photograph and all other particular documents required to support the candidate’s eligibility for the applied post should be sent to the address mentioned below
