Description:
The Crime Investigation and Prevention Lab (CIPL) at ITU will provide a platform for research, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions for (1) Crime pattern discovery and optimal surveillance, (2) Evidence gathering and suspect identification, (3) Speech Forensics, and (4) Vulnerability analysis and crime prediction. The CIPL will also develop the necessary computing resources to acquire, store, process and analyze large amounts of heterogeneous data to address the fundamental technical challenge of multi-source, heterogeneous, and large data processing for crime investigation and prevention. Once honed, the developed capability would be extremely valuable for other public service analytics tasks in far-reaching domains like healthcare, taxation, and banking.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Must have Master’s Degree or equivalent degree awarded after sixteen years of education or an equivalent recognized degree from an institution or a University recognized by HEC.
Experience
At least two (2) years of experience preferably in research and project management from a reputed university or institution and must have good communication skills.

Experience
Relevant experience with strong coding skills and good English writing skills from a reputed university or institution will be preferred.
