Outline of Main Duties! Responsibilities:
• To maintain the connection between the Internet Service Provider and the Web Server.
• To configure and monitor the technical aspects for a web portal.
• To export and import data from the web portals
• To monitor the firewalls thereby updating the security of the websites.
• To coordinate with LMS Solution Provider for implementation of newly procured eLearning software
• To ensure the compatibility of the website with various website browsers
• To manage the accessing rights of different users to the website,
• To analyze the website traffic and responding to feedbacks
• To participate in testing of new LMS tools, upgrades and patching, and documentation of testing results
• To perform set-up and testing of new products, capabilities and uses in a test LMS environment prior to releasing them in a production environment
• To audit and monitor data integrity within LMS
• To troubleshoot system, networking. connectivity and related problems in the Learning Management System (LMS) with the coordination of IT Infrastructure Team
• To coordinate with the project team of Learning Management System (LMS) solution provider and perform project-related activities
• To upload courses I quizzes into Learning Management System (LMS) and update as and when required
• To work with College faculty, staff and support their use of Learning Management System (LMS) and related tools

Employment Type: | The employment will be on a contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Banks Pohcy I rules. |
