UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DISTRICT HEALTH OFFICER SHANGLA:
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS FROM THE CANDIDATES HAVING
DOMICILE OF DISTRICT SHANGLA. IN CASE OF NON-AVAILABILITY OF DISTRICT SHANGLA
DOMICILE HOLDERS THE APPLICATIONS OF THOSE CANDIDATES HAVING DOMICILE OF OTHER
DISTRICT (PREFERABLY ADJACENT DISTRICT) WILL BE CONSIDERED. APPLICATION COMPLETED IN
ALL RESPECT SHOULD REACH TO THE OFFICE OF THE UNDERSIGNED WITHIN 1 5 DAYS AFTER
ISSUING OF THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING:
(1) Candidate must be bonified resident of District Shangla, however, in case of non-availability of suitable candidate available from District Shangla other candidates preferably from adjacent districts will be considered. (2) Candidates will be self-responsible for wrong information and can be excluded from the process even after provisionally allowed in the interview process. (3) Applications along with documents in a sequence of
(1) Two recent photographs, (2) Attested photocopy of CNIC, (2) Attested photocopies of documents (qualification certificates, DMCs). (3) Relevant diploma certificate, (4) Domicile ‘Certificate, (5) Cell No.
(4) The candidates applying from Government? Semi Govt. organization are required to apply through proper channel along with requisite documents including NOC from the parent department.
(5) No TA/DA will be allowed for the interview, (6) The number of posts may be increased/decreased as per availability of the positions at the time of selection. (7) All relevant information will be displayed on the notice board of the DHO Shangla office accordingly. (8) The verification fee of each document of the selected candidate will be paid from their own pocket. In case of any fake information? document found, their appointment order will be considered withdrawn automatically and will be liable to be proceeded against under the law. (9) The Departmental Selection Committee reserve the right that if any changes made in services Rules/APT rules. The committee will follow the Government rules strictly. (10) The age limit may be relaxed as per prevailing rules and regulations. (11) All quotes will be reserved according to the prevailing rules.
