Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Merged Areas for the following temporary posts in Directorate General of Population Welfare Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The requisite qualification and experience shown against each post are as under.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
I The candidates already in Government service may apply through the proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview.
ii. Age. Qualification & Experience will be counted as per the last date of the advertisement. Computer Operator.
iii. Age relaxation as per the upper age limit will be applicable as per Government rules
iv. Applicants interested to apply for more than one post are advised to submit separate application forms & deposit slips for each post.
v. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalent certificate from HEC must be provided. v.
vi. Applicants are advised to submit their application forms within 20 days from the issue of this advertisement. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
vii. Only eligible, short-listed candidates will be called for screening tests after complete scrutiny of application forms.
viii. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
ix. The competent authority has the right to defer or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
x. Mobile phones, weapons, calculators,s or any other electronic devices will not be permissible in the test centers.
xi. Fee is not transferable or refundable.
xii. No application will be entertained by hand.

xiv. The attested copy of CNIC and two white background passport-size photographs must be attached with the application form.
xv. Form processing fees shall be deposited in any HBL & Silk Bank online country-wide branches.
xvi. Duly filled in application forms along with original deposit slip, should reach within 20 days through any courier service registered post after the publication of this advertisement to Manager Operations, Allied Testing Services (ATS), Address:171-G Street No.36, Sector F-lOll, Islamabad.

xvii. Candidates submitting wrong information I documents will be declared as “concealment of fact “and will be dropped out from the recruitment process.
xviii. Candidates will be informed through SMS bytes to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from the website: https://www.ats.org.pk
xix. Candidates are directed not to give ported! converted mobile numbers. Computer Operator.
xx. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
xxi. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening tests through postal courier means.
xxii. The competent authority has the right to increase/decrease the number of posts in each category. Computer Operator.
xxiii. Only shortlisted candidates in the screening I skill test will be asked to submit their attested verified documents I testimonials for further evaluation process on the basis of criteria of selection as per relevant rules of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
xxiv. Screening test marks will not be counted towards final selection and will be used for the purpose of shortlisting. Computer Operator.
xxv. Final selection will be made as per Government policy in the ESTACODE Revised Edition 2011.
