Azad Jammu & Kashmir Medical College Muzaffarabad Jobs 2020, Professor, Librarian, These appointments shall be purely on contract basis as per contract policy 2006 of GoAJK for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by Govt subsequently.
2. All vacancies will be filled purely on a merit basis.
3. Selected candidates shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institution.
4. The appointment during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on 30 days prior notice on either side or on payment of one month pay in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
5. Monthly salary shall be Tiableto tax deduction at source as per law.
6 In respect of other matters not specified in this contract, the rules and regulations of GoAJ&K shall apply.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TNDA will be admissible.
8. The appointee will join the institution after receiving the offer letter from the Principal Office within the prescribed period. If fails to join due to any reason within a specified time, the candidate will be blacklisted for any future employment in any of the Medical Colleges of AJK. Accommodation shall not be provided.
The selected faculty must be physically present in the College! Hospital on duty for minimum of six hours on every working day. Any
duration less than six hours per day will be considered as parttime faculty as per PMC/PM&DC rules, which is not permissible under
prevailing rules, therefore such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for that day.
For Department of Health Candidates only:
a. The applicant of DoH employees already working in teaching Hospitals of the Medical Colleges will process their applications through proper channel along with all documents mentioned below and will only be entrained after the approval of Secretary Health GoAJK, direct application will not be entertained.
b. Selected DoH employees will draw their salary against their substantive post of respective Teaching Hospital. However. they will be entitled to draw teaching allowance as per policy.

. Valid PMC/PM&DC registration.
. PMC/PM&DC issued Teaching Experience Certificate! Eligibility certificate! Faculty Registration Certificate (if already registered with any other Medical College).
. Copies of research papers! articles published in the PMC/PM&DC approved journals.
. Attested /Iegible Photocopy of CNIC.
