Basic Qualification Eligibility:

Eligibility criteria for MPH are as follows:

a. Sixteen years of education in any of the following discipline.

. MBBS/ MD/ BDS (Registered with PM&DC).

BS Nursing 4 years program (Registered wh PNC).

• DVM (Registered with PVMC).

• Pharm D/equivalent (Registered with PGP).

b.One-year full-time experience in the public I private healthcare setting community relevant field.

POST GRADUATE (MPH)

Admission Process:

• Application for MPH admissions shall be filled online. Login at www.numspak.edu.pk and fill the Application Form. Candidates are required to scan and attach following documents with Online Application Form –

a. Candidate’s CNIC

b. Transcript of final degree (Sixteen years of education)

c. Registration certificate as applicable i.e PM&DC/PNC/PVMC/PCP

d. Experience certificate

After successful attachment of scanned copies then click the “Submit” button.

• Upon successful submission of application, the candidate w]ll be able to print Application Processing fee challan.

• Candidates are required to visit the nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit Application Processing Fee @Rs 3000/- latest by Monday, 24 June 2019 and attach the scan copy of paid fee challan online and click the button Final Submit’.

Notes:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Final selection of Postgraduate candidates will base on their aggregate performance in a candidate’s basic qualification/eligibility criteria, Experience, and Interview.

• Employees of Government I Semi Government organizations must apply through their departments. NOC from the respective departments is a pre-requisite for their final selection.

• Application Processing Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• All foreign qualifications must be supported by an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC/PM&DC/HEC.

• The decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
