a. All above-mentioned posts shall be filled purely on a contract basis.
b. 2% quota for disabled persons will be considered.

d. In-Service) Government employees have to submit NOC! DPC duly signed by the concerned authorities.
e. For Faculty Positions on iTS Pay Scales, HE( Rules/Regulations shall be applicable.
f. Applicants for faculty positions with qua litigation/ specialization in research methodology will be given preferences.
g. Applications that are incomplete (in any case) or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
h. Applicants who do not have the prescribed Qualificah on & Experience should kindly abstain from applying, as their applications will not be considered.
Only Short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview test. No TA IDA shall be admissible.
j. Applicants must mention the name of the ‘Pos.t Applied Foron the right top corner of the envelope.
k. Any clause not included above-mentioned terms & conditions shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of NDU/1TS Statutes (where applicable).
