A MALE PRINCIPAL REQUIRED
Applications are invited for the post of PRINCIPAL of Defence Degree College for Boys, DHA, Lahore. The pre-requisites
for the post are mentioned below:
Age: 45-60 years
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as Principal at a private or pubic reputed educational institution(s)
and a minimum of 10 years experience in higher teaching & administrative posts in educational
institutions I organizations (Attested copies of Experience Certificates from the previous employer(s)
are required) Defence Degree College.
Disposition: A markedly mature and balanced personality with progressive ideals and deportment. A person with leadership quality to head the institution through mellowed outlook, deep learning, and devotion to alumni.
Skills & Abilities:
• Leadership & command ability
• Highly effective interpersonal & managerial skills
• Intellectual role model; expert at public schooling & pedagogy
• Thorough understanding of personality development & grooming of students
• Good administrative acumen to discharge important functions, including man-management, procurement, health, security, sports, counseling, financial matters & correspondence
• Strong grip on practices & modalities of the education system in Pakistan
• Ability to develop effective strategies to improve the educational performance of students
• Sound knowledge of teaching strategies for guidance & training of teachers As per policy.
