TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Both Male? Female having domicile of Province of Punjab can apply.
• Appointment Is on an Adhoc basis for a period of one year (not extendable). Services Institute of Medical Sciences Hospital.
• Post is Services Institute of Medical Sciences/ Services Hospital, Lahore specific/ non-transferable. No deputation wIN be permissible.
• Please attach copies of CV, attested copies of domicile, valid national ID card, 02 latest photographs, and all educational certificates/degrees (from matric onwards) (in case of ‘0’ & ‘A’ Level qualifications equivalence certificate Is compulsory). Copy of experience certificate(s).
• Furnish attested copies of 85 Degree, attempt certificates? result cards of all professionals/semesters (showing total? obtained marks).
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be entertained In any case.
• Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab S&GAD notification i.e. 8 years for female candidates and 5 years for male candidates.

• Persons already in Govt. Service should apply through the proper channels.
• Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level according to requirement.
