The University of Chiral has announced a career opportunity in Chitral KPK Pakistan. This post was published on 21-08-2021.  Interested candidates should submit their applications, along with all needed documentation, before the deadline.

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals on prescribed form for the following posts, purely on a contract (Fixed Pay) basis for a period of one year, extendable on satisfactory performance on yearly basis to a maximum of three terms (years) including the initial one, after which the positions shall automatically stand terminated, in the University of Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Prescribed Application Forms can be downloaded from the University Website “www.uoch.edu.pk” which must be properly filled and sent to the Meeting & Record Section of Registrar Office, the University of Chitral along with Original Bank Deposit Slip for Rs. 3000/-for SNo. 01 and Rs. 2000/-for S.No. O2to 14. Original Bank Receipt for online deposit in BOK IBB Chitral Branch account number 01373001457631 should be attached with the application form in case of online deposit of fee. The fee is also acceptable in the form of a Bank draft in favor of the University of Chitral.

2. Application Forms, complete in all respects, along with attested copies of all relevant documents/experience certificates, NIC, and two passport-sized color photographs should reach the office of the Meeting and Record Section of Registrar Office, the University of Chitral on or before Tuesday 07.09.2021 (7th September 2021) positively.

3. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.

4. Original documents will have to be produced at the time of the interview.

5. Candidates, working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations should apply through the proper channels.

6. For positions at serial No.02 to 14 screening tests will be conducted through a reputed testing agency of the country.

7. Candidates having foreign degrees must attach HEC equivalence with their application.

8. In the GPA system, a minimum of 3.00 CGPA at the scale of 4.00 will be considered as the first division, and that below 3.00 and above 2.00 will be considered as the second division,

9. Upper age limit is 55 years for the posts at serial No.01 and 35 years for the positions at serial No.02 to 14.

10. No TA/DA shall be admissible during test/interview.

11. The University reserves the right to increase, decrease any or all of the above posts without assigning any reason.

12. Mailing address along with phone numbers and email address must be clearly mentioned on the form. The University shall issue call letters for test/interview; however, the University shall not be responsible for the late receipt or non-receipt of call letters. Such cases shall be dealt with by the concerned Post/Courier Services.

13. Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to subsequent rectification by the University.
