Stepwise procedure for filling and submission of ONLINE APPLICATION FORM for undergraduate admissions
• Prospectus can be downloaded from the University Website, www.uvas.edu.pk. or can be purchased from the admission office.
• The application will be filled Online at University Website
• The candidate will pay an amount of Rs. 1000-/ as Admission Processing Fee(only for one program).The candidates applying in more than one program will pay Rs.3001- for each additional program If the application is to be submitted against spoils quota. then the candidate has to pay additional fee of Rs.300/-
• Candidates can deposit the application fee through online generated Bank Challan in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. in Pakistan.
• Candidates are directed get print of Online
filled Admission Form.
• Candidates are required to submit Printed Copy I Hard Copy of the Admission Form along with with Original Paid Bank Challan as well as other supporting documents to the
Convener Admission Committee, the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Out Fall Road, Lahore-54000 during office hours on or before 27-09-2019,
• Incomplete or late submitted applications will NOT be accepted in any case.
• Note: In case of fewer than 15 students in an evening program, classes will not be started of that program.
• Limited Hostel facility is available.
Eligibility Criteria
• Punjab-Domiciled candidates interested to apply for
5-Year Degree Programs MUST appear in MDCAT
2019 (possessing minimum 60% marks) Entrance Examination conducted by University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore The final merit wiN be based on marks obtained m F.Sc. (50%weeghtage) and MDCAT-2019 (50% weightage),
• Candidates belonging to other Provinces of
PakistanlAgencies or Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) should appear in MDCAT 2019 in their
respective Provinces for admission in a five-year degree program.
• Candidates applying on the basis of Overseas Pakistani/Foreign seats for 5-Year Degree programs must have either MDCAT 2019 or any other
equivalent examination from their countries of residence i.e SAT etc.
• Only those candidates appearing in MDCAT- 2019 will be eligible to apply for 5-Year Degree Programs.
• MDCAT 2019 is NOT required for a candidate applying for BS (Hans) Degree Programs.
• Candidates securing at least 60% (660/1100)
(exduding Hafiz-e-Ouran) in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or
any other equivalent examination from a recognized
Board/University can apply for 04 Years Degree
Programs.
• Candidates possessing FSc (Pre-Eng.) can also apply for BS (Hons.) Environmental Sciences and BS (Hans.) Dairy Technology.
• Candidates passing DAE (Food Technology) can also apply in BS (Hans.) Dairy Technology.
• Age LimIt: Candidate must not be over 23 years of age on the last date of submission of application I.e
