CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS MANAGING DIRECTOR (PWF)
Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) managing various projects for the welfare of its employees under the Managing Director (PWF). The Foundation is looking for an individual having a dynamic personality with the ability/capacity fo run PWF efficiently.
TENURE
The appointment will be on a lump sum package on contract basis initially for one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance). Maximum 03 years or up to the age of 64 years whichever is earlier.
QUALIFICATION
Master Degree or B.Sc (Engineering) from HEC recognized university.
AGE/ELIGIBILITY
Maximum 61 years! Retired WAPDA/ PEPCO! NTDC employees with a good service record.
EXPERIENCE
Post qualification experience of 05 years as Chief Engineer / Director
General or General Manager in BPS-2D or equivalent post.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• Awareness about PPRA Rules.
• Result oriented, highly organized and motivated.
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prudent decision making.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Managing Director (PWF) will be responsible for:
• Evolving strategies and plans for proper management of affairs of PWF.
• Exercising administrative and financial powers being Managing Director of PWF for implementing decisions of the Board of Directors.
• Developing all policies and procedure for the PWF.
• Achieving objectives set by the Board of Directors.
• Creating and overseeing a viable business plan that envisages the sales and marketing strategy, financial background and projected profit and loss statement.
• Any other task assigned by the Board of Directors.
