Training of Head Teacher Quaid-e- The Azam Academy For Educational Development has issued a notification in connection with “Training Of Head Teachers, Teachers, Caregivers, and School Council Members In Newly Established ECE Classrooms in 1500 Schools Under UNICEF Face/ICE March-May 2022,” and has given the following instructions to all CEOs, Reginal Program Managers (Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Multan Divisions), and QAED Heads of all districts.

The Punjab Government and the School Education Department (SED) have made a clear commitment to reforming the education system across the state through the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) project. The goal of the ECCE is to ensure that all children learn and grow holistically during their formative years. Furthermore, at the pre-primary level, the Single National Curriculum, 2020 introduces Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
Training of Head Teacher, The Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED) is in charge of building ECCE classrooms in Punjab public schools as well as staff training. QAED has built over 18000 ECCE classrooms and trained over 60,000 school personnel, including principals, teachers, school council members, and caregivers.
With the help of UNICEF, QAED is now planning to build another 1500 ECCE classrooms and make them operational in various areas. Teachers, Head Teachers, School Council Members, and Caregivers will be trained on ECCE by QAED in the districts of Jhelum, Chakwal, Khanewal, and Kasur, where these classrooms are being built. The following is the schedule for staff training at chosen schools in the above-mentioned districts:

It should be noted that some training batches will be discontinued prior to Ramazan and resumed after Eid, with the details being shared with districts afterwards. The training place will be determined by the QAED Head / Focal Person based on the convenience of the participants. Furthermore, one MT will teach a single class. Training of Head Teacher.
Chief Executive Officers of District Education Authorities are urged to instruct the employees of these schools to attend ECCE training according to the schedule provided by the appropriate district QAED. Furthermore, ECCE Validated Master Trainers may be allowed to provide this training according to the schedule outlined above.
The District QAED, Principals, and Regional Program Managers have been instructed to work with DEAs to ensure that all participants are present. Training of Head Teacher.
Please make sure that only those who have been vaccinated are allowed to attend the training. Corona SOPs must be followed to the letter. In any event, laxity will not be permitted.
