TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Both Male I Female having domicile of Province of the Punjab can apply.
• Appointment is on adhoc basis for a period of one year (extendable subject to good performance) or till the availability of regular incumbent / selected of Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) whichever is earlier.
• Posts are Services Institute of Medical Sciences / Services Hospital, Lahore specific I non-transferable. No deputation or intra-institutional l transfer will be permissible.
• Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab S&GAD notification i.e. 8 years for female candidates and 5 years for male can calculates,
• Attach copies of CV, attested copies of domicile, valid national ID card, latest photographs and copies of Matric / ‘0’ Level, FSc / ‘A’ Level (in case of .Q & ‘A’ Level qualifications equivalent certificate is compulsory).
• Furnish attested copies of MBBS degree, attempt certificates of all Professionals (showing total .‘ obtained marks), House Job Certificate, Post-graduate degree and copies of experience certificates if any.
• Attested copy of Valid PM&DC Registration Certificate showing all medical degrees / post-graduate qualifications therein.
• Copy of experience certificate issued by the PM&DC (where applicable) determining the eligibility for the post applied.
• Foreign qualifications / experience must be recognized by PM&DC.
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case.
• Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.
• Persons already in Govt. Service should apply through proper channel.
• Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level according to requirement
• The selection will be made on merit.
• Date and place of interviews will be communicated after short listing (only short listed candidates will be called for interview). No TA IDA will be allowed.
