The Saifee Burhani School of Nursing (SBSON) is committed to excellence in nursing education, research, practice, and service. Nursing education is a distinct practice area with its own national accreditation standards and legal criteria for licensure.
SBSON is Saifee Hospital and Burhani Hospital’s first academic unit. Both hospitals are among the most prestigious in the North Nazimabad and old city areas, with a combined capacity of 250 beds. SBSON is a 4-year generic bachelor of science in nursing program and a 2-year post-RN bachelor of science in a nursing program accredited by the Pakistan Nursing Council and connected with Dow University of Health Sciences.
