Responsibilities and Duties

Brings in new clients, takes entire management of the pre-assigned group of corporate customers, and ensures that their needs are met.

Examining the application and the customer’s needs ensures that the data is accurate, that the customer’s desires are understood, and that all necessary formalities are followed.

Collaborates closely with support teams to ensure that customers’ needs are met on time.

Maintains total client satisfaction while conforming to all PTCL laws and regulations.

Budgets, targets, and deadlines are reached when cost-effective controls are implemented.

Ensures compliance with legal and ethical norms.

Employees who report are observed and assessed.

Any other projects assigned by the supervisor.
