Post Office Jobs Islamabad 2020, Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Communications, 1. Pakistan Post (PP) Intends to hire the services of a qualified, competent and experienced consultancy/legal firm to review, initiate, conduct and conclude/finalize the process of establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary as Pakistan Post Payment Services (PPPS) and authorization from State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for Pakistan Post’s payment services and holding of public funds under Payment Systems Electronic Fund Transfers Act 2007 (PSEFT Act). The scope of consultancy is limited to the extent of establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary of PP and completion of the aforementioned assignment and detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) mutually agreed between the Federal Government/Pakistan Post and the Consultant/Legal Firm.

2. The required Firm/ consultant must have the relevant educational qualifications and in-depth understanding of payment systems, PSEFT Act 2007 and the laws made thereunder. The consultancy/legal firm will have to document the experience of undertaking assignments of similar nature in areas of Banking, Payment Services, Finance Law, IT, etc.

3. Expression of interest documents containing detail terms and conditions, etc may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours (9 am to 5 pm) till 29th January 2020. The expression of interest, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the E0l documents, along with CVs/Firm brochure/ details must reach the undersigned till 30th January 2020 during office hours. The EQI can also be downloaded from www.pakpost.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk

4. Pakistan Post reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with

PPR-2004.
