Poonch Medical College Rawalakot, Azad Jammu & Kashmir Jobs 2020 for Professor, Assistant Professor, 1. These appointments shall be purely on contract basis as per contract policy 2006 of Go AJK for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by Govt subsequently.
- All vacancies will be filled purely on a merit basis.
- Selected candidates shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institution.
- The appointment during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on 30 days prior notice on either side or on payment of one month pay in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
- Monthly salary shall be liable to tax deduction at source as per law.
- In respect of other matters not specified in this contract, the rules and regulations of Go AJ&K shall apply.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The appointee will join the institution after receiving the offer letter from the Principal Office within prescribed due to any reason within a specified time, the candidate will be blacklisted for any future employment in Colleges of AJK. Accommodation shall not be provided.
The selected faculty must be physically present in the College! Hospital on duty for a minimum of six hours on every working day. Any duration less than six hours per day will be considered as part-time faculty as per PMC/PM&DC rules, which is not permissible under prevailing rules, therefore such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for that day.
For Department of Health Candidates only
- The applicant of DoH employees already working in teaching Hospitals of the Medical Colleges will process their applications through proper channel along with all documents mentioned below and will only be entertained after the approval of Secretary Health GoAJK, the direct application will not be entertained.
b Selected DoH employees will draw their salary against their substantive post of respective Teaching Hospital. However, they will be entitled to draw the teaching allowance as per policy.
