The Punjab government, in conjunction with the World Bank Group, is undertaking the Punjab Resource Improvement and Digital Effectiveness (PRIDE) project, which aims to improve public financial management (PFM) systems and revenue mobilization in the province. A Program Support Unit (PSU) will be established within the P&D Board to manage the monitoring and coordination of this program under the P&D Board’s Technical Assistance Component.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage all office files, communications, and records in both hard and soft form, as well as the Unit Head’s database.

Keep track of the Unit Head’s appointments, meetings, and other activities.

Book conference rooms, a car, a hotel, a workshop site, and so on for official purposes.

Make official communications (letters, notes, summaries, memoranda, and other documents).

Keep track of any phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters addressed to the Unit Head, as well as any additional assignments allocated by the Unit Head.
