CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
A leading Scientific and Technical Organization in Rawalpindi I Islamabad vicinity is looking for Competent,
Talented and Result Oriented Individual for its Management Level position (CEO) on contract basis, initially for
a period of 02 years, extendable on the basis of Performance and Project requirements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Masters Degree in Engineering from reputed Foreign or HEC recognized University.
Preference may be given to individuals having a Diploma / Degree in Project management.
Minimum Experience of 15 years at a senior management position, preferably National I International Level
Projects and at least 05 years as independent Head.
• Experience in a Leadership role in a large Govt. I Semi-Govt I Private Organization, managing the various portfolios and delivery of Key and Multidisciplinary Projects.
• Possess excellent leadership and business process re-engineering, start-up operation, strategic analysis, and management knowledge of corporate restructuring and investment planning skills.
Drive the organization through a change management process with new technology trends and sound knowledge of setting up a multi-disciplinary team for the execution of defense-related projects.
Possess experience of contract negations and dealing with in-services I Armed Forces and Production Organizations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Upper age limit is 55 Years, Relaxable on the basis of experience in a specialized field.
