Karachi Medical & Dental College was established in 1991. The college has student strength of over 1600 and offers undergraduate teaching program of MBBS and BDS along with postgraduate training and teaching facility with postgraduate specialty training in almost all Medical and Dental specialties leading to MCPS, FCPS, MD and MDS.
The college has a faculty strength of over 250 and is seeking to enhance that further by taking onboard highly qualified, skilled and dynamic health professionals willing to accept the challenge of working in an environment which apart for the college itself includes Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Sobhraj Maternity Hospital, Spencer Eye Hospital, Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases and the Institute of Skin Diseases to name a few,
The jobs in the College are on fulltime 1 regular basis, pensionable and non-transferable. Higher initial start In the salary may be offered to the more experienced teachers. Applications are invited for the following posts:

Required Qualification, Experience & Publication: Should be a Professor, with basic qualification of MBBS and a Post Graduate qualification i.e. Ph.D in Human Sciences, Minimum 5 Research Articles in International Journals or 15 research Articles in PMDC approved Journal. Out Standing track record in research field. As per existing Pakistan Medical & Dental Council regulations.

Requirement: M.B.B.S with one year House Job. Teaching experience is preferable.
7. LIBRARIAN, BPS-17
Requirement: M.A (Library Science) with 5 years experience.
8. , DEPUTY LIBRARIAN BPS-16
Requirement: At least second class Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Library Sciences or Bachelor in Library Sciences Preferably with experience of 02 Years.
9. LIBRARY ASSISTANT BPS
Requirement: Graduate with Certificate in Library Sciences Irom institute recognized and notified by Ministry of Education.
10. CATALOGER, BPS. II
Requirement: Intermediate with Certificate in Library Sciences from institute recognized and notified by Ministry of Education or Matric with Certificate with 5 years experience.
11. SENIOR DENTAL TECHNICIAN BPS -11
Requirement: Dental technician Course from recognized institution with 5 years experience.
