Duties & Accountabilities
operational controls that correspond to the Bank’s rules
to greet everyone that walks into the branch Interacting with customers at the branch entrance, discovering the purpose of their visit, and leading them to the proper desk to give excellent service.
assisting BM in the implementation of the bank’s service management program and cooperating with the service quality department to assist the entire branch in meeting its service-related goals
Answering consumer inquiries about products and services and assisting/advising them to provide efficient service from branch counters. to resolve customer complaints in compliance with applicable SOPs and legal obligations.
Interacting with the entire branch personnel on a regular basis to enhance understanding of service protocols, sharing SQ reports to reinforce weak areas, and performing routine health inspections to maintain the branch’s atmosphere and cleanliness up to par.
To assist the branch in growing the bank’s business in accordance with the Branch Manager’s objectives. Deposit creation, cross-selling, and building maximum NTB accounts are critical areas to focus on.
To guarantee that internal and regulatory controls are implemented in compliance with SOPs and all GBO-Service operations, as well as to improve Audit Ratings in job-related segments.
