VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited for the post of NURSING DIRECTOR at the Lady Reading Hospital M1’l, an autonomous Institution being developed into a State of the Art Teaching Medical Facility.
Qualifications/Experience required:
Applicants must be qualified as a nurse (RN), with an advanced degree in Nursing (BSc- N), preferably MSc / MA Nursing with at least 7 years administrative and teaching experience, and current Nursing Registration.
Main Responsibilities:
Training of nursing staff, ensuring adequate nursing staff for all clinical needs, Maintaining the highest nursing standards, performing regular audits of nursing functions, ensuring the continuing education of nurses, and preparing an annual plan and budget for the nursing department.
General Information:
Excellent competitive salary in a progressive environment with excellent prospects would be offered. The service of the Incumbent will be governed by Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act-2015 and 2018 (Amended) and the rules and regulations made hereunder for LRH MTI.
