The District Administration. Khairpur is pleased to announce the Need-Cum-Merit Scholarship 2019-20 for the talented and deserving students of the Khairpur Distinct The students belonging to Khairpur district only who are studying in various public-sector Institutes/colleges I universities anywhere in Pakistan (preferably HEC recognized) can apply for the scholarship if they fulfill to meet the following criteria:
(A) EllglbilltyCriteria
1. The Candidate and his father or guardian must have Domicile and Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of the Khairpur District
i Applying candidates must possess 75% marks Wi their last examination passed. in the case of CGPA too, will be considered for determining merit.
iii. Marks Certificate of the Last Examination passed (Only Yearly marks certificate not earlier than 2018 would be considered)
iv. Students studying in the following disciplines I courses/ programs are encouraged to apply
a. BSc/M.Sc/B.S (4Year)
b. BCSIBIT/MIT
c. BEd (4-Y.ar) at different Universities and their affiliated degree colleges
d. B.EIB.Tcti (4Year)/MBBS/BDS!DVM I BSc. (Engineering Technology).
e. B.A/LLBJBBA/BPAIM.AIMBA/MPA (Regular students of Universities and affiliated degree colleges in mentioned disciplines can apply)
f. Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE), Three Years (only 3rd-year students can apply).
NOTE:
Students who are studying in public sector universities/ colleges for above-captioned courses on a self-financing basis are not eligible for this scholarship.
ii. Students of MSIR4Ph1I/MEILLMI Ph.D. are also not eligible, for this scholarship.
iii. A minimum of 10. Scholarships have been reserved for females, 5% for Minorities and 5% for Persons with disabilities. However. there is no bar if this limit is exceeded as per open merit In case any slot(s) remain vacant among the minimum percentage specified, the slot(s) will be transferred to open merit seats.
iv. The Scholarship amount will be disbursed through online in their bank accounts opened in the name of Eligible I qualified students mentioned I given in the. application form.
(B) Application Procedure/Documents Required
Candidates having domicile and PRC of Khalrpur district intending to apply for the scholarshç must obtain Scholarship Application Form 2019-20 from the Scholarship Cell 0 Office of the Deputy Commissioner I Chairman Need-Cum-Merit Scholarship Board, Khairpuror the same may be downloaded from the Website www.dckhairpur.gos.pk. I. The candidates will ha to produce a certificate from the Head of Dopartmcrit of concerned coilego/lnstituto/University/School on prescribed form showing the enrollment In the respective College! institute University
IL Attested copy of Domicile and PRC of Student and his FatherlGuardian
Ill. CNIC of the student (if under age. B-form of NADRA must be attached) and his /her father/guardian.
iv Attested Copy of Student ID Card
v. Attested Copy of Pass (Pacca) Certificate of Matriculation, showing Date of Birth.
vi. Original Marks Certificate of the last examination passed (2018 and onwards)
vii. Father! Guardian’s Income Certificate. In case. father! guardian is a government employee, his last month payslip may bo attached
VIII. The recent passport size photograph.
