How to Apply?

1) The application process shall consist of two steps

I. Online submission i Manual submission

2) The candidate shall fill an online form available at BUMHS website (wwwbumhs.edu.pk) from 23rd November 2021

3) Before applying online, the candidate must deposit a process fee (non -refundable), through bank challan at Habib Bank Ltd Pakistan, Quetta Branch (NC No. PK11HABB0016497991846803) or get a pay order Idemand draft of the same amount in the name of Treasurer, Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences Quetta. The candidate shall enter the number of his/her bank challan I DO! P0 in his I her online form The details of the amount are as below

a) BPS 19 & above Rs. 2500/-

b) BPS17&18=Rs. 1500/-

4) Applicant should fill the application form carefully, complete the form by entering personal information, educational Information, expenence, etc. Once the form is submitted, the candidate cannot edit it.

5) The candidate should get a print of the online filled application form by dicking 0download and pnnr button. If the facility of downloading and printing is not available at that time, the candidate can access his/her form any other time by dicking search button. Jobs in Bolan University.

6) The pnntout of fifled application form, along with the attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC and passport size-colored photographs, must reach the office of the Registrar, Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences. Brewery Road, Quetta 87300 Pakistan by post or by hand on or before 06-12-2021 dunng official working hours (16:00).

7) It shall be mandatory for the candidate to complete both steps of form submission, i.e., online and manual.

IMPORTANT:

1) For Faculty Positions, the following basic qualification is required.

a) MBBS OR Equivalent Qualification from PMC! HEC recognized institution for Basic Medical Sciences and Clinical Sciences mentioned above.

b) BSc.(Hons.) in relevant field for Allied Health Sciences

2) Upper age limit for each position will be as per rules for each category (Faculty/ Administrative)

3) Details of relevant qualifications for each position is available at BUMHS official website (www,bumhsedu pk)

4) Those having foreign qualifications are required to submit equivalence certificate issued by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) arid/ OR Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan OR Pakistan Engineenng Council (PEC). Jobs in Bolan University.

5) BUMHS reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage! level without assigning any reason(s). BUMHS also reserves the nght not to fill any OR all of the vacant positions mentioned in this advertisement.

6) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test(s)! and OR interview(s).

7) No TNDA shall be admissible to candidates appeanng in test(s) andl OR interviews (s).

8) The appointment will be subject to Police Verification and other checks induding references – educational and professional

10) The age should not be more than maximum age limit on 06-12-2021.

11) Applicants already working Government I Semi-Government Organizations I Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel and the prescribed Departmental Permission Certificate (available and downloadable on BUMHS official website www bumhs.edupk) duly signedl stamped by Head of Department/Institution must be submitted along with application by the deadline of application

12) It will be the responsibility of the candidate to arrange deputation from his? her department. if required.

13) The selected candidates will be governed by the BUMHS Service Statues, Rules & Regulations whichever apply amended from time to time.

14) LAST DATE FOR APPUCATION SUBMISSION IS 6th DECEMBER 2021 (04:OOPM)
