Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts to fill the following vacant project positions under ADP funded project on a contract basis initially for a period of one year which will be extended on the basis of satisfactory performance of the appointees till the project life.
TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the Industries Commerce and Technical Education Department ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
2. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
3. Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by Industries Commerce and Technical Education Department ETEA as well as” selection criteria” duly notified in the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
4. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
5. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
6. Relaxation of age will NOT be admissible.
7. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channels.
8. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee for the Industries Commerce and Technical Education Department ETEA test.
9. number of vacancies can be increased/decreased.
10. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning a reason.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.
12. In the case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
13. Recruitment process shall be governed by the latest provisions of the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
14. Errors/Omissions in a number of posts are subject to rectification.

5. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
6. After applying online, DO NOT send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.

9. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.ete@edupk.
10. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
11. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
12. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening tests through postal/courier means.
13. Candidates who intend to apply for the posts at (S. No 13 and 14) are hereby directed to send applications along with documents/credentials through Post directly to(Director Project, House No. 46 D-3 Old Jamrud Road, University Town, Pesha war.)
NOTE? IMPORTANT
• Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applications.
• Read the instructions thoroughly before filling the online application form.
• ETEA shall verify the deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected.
• Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.
• Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
• Keep the bank-printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
• Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not only be rejected but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.

1. Interested candidates who intend to apply for the posts on (S. No 1 to 12) may first visit ww.etea.edu.pjç and apply for the posts online.
2. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
3. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
4. Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip & deposit Rs. 500/- (for BPS1 6 & below) and Rs. 700/- (for BPS-17 & above) as test fee (non-refundable) in any branch of UBL Bank or at UBL OMNI agent on that prescribed printed deposit slip of UBL.
