Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following qualifying requirements to apply for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Scholarships:

All Pakistanis are welcome to apply for the scholarship.

Bachelor’s programs require students to be between the ages of 17 and 25.

Masters programs require a minimum age of 30.

For Ph.D. programs, you must be under the age of 35.

Candidates must not be the recipient of any other scholarship.

Candidates must not have been expelled from any educational institution.

This scholarship program is open to both male and female applicants.

Selected candidates will begin the program in Saudi Arabia in September/October of each year.

Pakistani nationals living in Saudi Arabia will receive 25% of the scholarships, while Pakistani students living in Pakistan will receive the remaining 75%.

Candidates should examine the eligibility conditions for each university because they may differ.

Expenses for travel

Science students receive a monthly stipend of 900 Riyal.

Humanity students receive a monthly stipend of 850 Riyals.

How to Apply for HEC Saudi Arabia Scholarship?

Students are directed to apply directly on the website of the relevant Saudi university.

Don’t miss out because the eligibility criteria for each university may differ.

Each university will transmit the application to the Saudi Ministry of Education, who will award the scholarship.

Candidates are asked to provide a copy of their application to the Pakistan Embassy in Riyadh by email at Pahrepriyad@mofa.gov.pk for follow-up with the Saudi Ministry of Education.
