The Application should be submitted in the Office of Medical Superintendent
Gfl or before 28-06-2019 at 12:00 Noon with the following documents:
1. Application in the Name of Medical Superintendent showing complete Bio-Data.
2. Attested Copy of CNIC.
3. Attested Photocopies of Domicile and PRC.
4. Two Fresh Passport Size Photographs.
5. Attested Photocopies of Qualification Certificate as per post applied for.
6. In-service candidate should apply through proper channel.
7. Those candidates who have applied before should apply afresh.
Instruction
1. Medical Superintendent GMMMC Hospital reserves the right to accept I reject any application.
2. There will be walk-in interview for the post of BPS-01 to 04 on
5-8-2019 at 09:00 am in the office of the Medical Superintendent GMMMC Hospital Sukkur.
3. Candidate should bring all original documents at the time of interview.
4. No TA DA shall be given to candidate for interview.
5. Age relaxation as per Government policy.
6. 15% Women Quota, 05% Minorities Quota and 05% Differently abled persons quota.
7. Incomplete application shall be rejected. Only shortlisted candidate fulfilling eligibility shall be called for written test or interview.
