Under the direction of the Government of Pakistan, the BUREAU OF EMIGRATION AND OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT was established on October 1, 1971, by combining three federal government departments: the National Manpower Council, the Protectorate of Emigrants, and the Directorate of Seamen’s Welfare. The Bureau began operations under the Emigration Act of 1922 and its Rules (1959), which were later replaced by the Emigration Ordinance XVIII of 1979 and its Rules.
Over time, the Bureau has developed a realistic, pragmatic, and systematic emigration process in accordance with the emigration rules. The Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment is a centralized Federal Government body responsible for processing recruitment demands of Pakistani workforce for various manpower importing countries throughout the world via Licensed Overseas Employment Promoters, etc.

Eligibility Criteria
No.F.4-106 / 2022 – R (7/2022). DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (FGEI), (CANTTS / GARRISONS), COLLEGES, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: A Master’s Degree with a second class or Grade’C’ or an equivalent qualification in the relevant subject.
AGE Restriction: 22-28 years old, plus a five-year general relaxation in the maximum age limit.
