Special CSS Competitive Examination Schedule 2023

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has released the preliminary schedule for the Special CSS Competitive Examination Schedule 2023 via “Advance Public Notice” for candidates who may be eligible to apply under the terms outlined in pertinent Rules. In order to fill positions that have remained empty through the CSS Competitive Examination for many years, a Special CSS Competitive Examination will only be held once.

 

Timetable will be announced by FPSC when appropriate. The following provincial/regional quotas are the only ones for which the Special CSS Exams will be held in 2023. As a result, only applicants from the aforementioned regions and quotas will be considered:

Tentative Schedule For Special CSS Exam 2023

Online applications are accepted for the Special CSS Competitive Examination’s MCQ-Based Preliminary Test (MPT). December 10–26, 2022.

MPT conduct and posting of answer key online: January 31, 2023

Results of MPT will be announced on February 15, 2023.

 

19th February 2023: Date of Public Notice for Written CSS Special Competitive Examination (Sunday)

Online applications from MPT Qualifiers will be accepted from 19 February to 5 March 2023.

Up until March 15, 2023, hard copies of online applications and supporting documentation from MPT Qualifiers will be accepted.

 

Prior to the written CSS Special Exam 2023, a screening exam MCQS Based Preliminary test (MPT) will be administered. It will be necessary to pass the required MCQ-based Preliminary Test (MPT) before you may take the Main Written Special CSS Competitive Examination. The cost for MPT is Rs. 250. (Non-Refundable).

The maximum age will be 32 years. It would also be acceptable to relax the upper age limit for the categories listed in Rule 6(2) by two years.
