 How to apply?

The FIA web portal, recruitment.fia.gov.pk, accepts online applications from interested candidates. (When online registration opens, a link to apply online will be provided here below on this page.)

Applications must be submitted online on the FIA website starting on August 2, 2022.

Candidates will receive SMS notifications on the provided mobile number regarding the test schedule.

Without a registration slip and the original CNIC or passport, candidates will not be permitted to take the physical, skill, or CBT tests.

The candidates hired for the positions of Assistant (BPS-15), UDC (BPS-11), and LDC (BPS-09) must successfully complete the NITB’s mandatory prescribed IT training course before their probationary period is up.

Handwritten applications won’t be accepted or entertained.

The applicants do not need to submit a paper copy of their online application.

Information submitted using an online form will be considered final.

According to Federal Government Rules, all applicants for the aforementioned positions are eligible for a maximum age relaxation of 5 years. Age will be calculated as of the application submission deadline.

There is no leeway in the lower age limit.

Note: Candidates should frequently check this portal for updates on things like test date assignment and the centres designated for physical and endurance testing.

Instruction Regarding Online Apply

Click “Register as a new user” on the left panel if you are not already logged in to the FIA web site. By clicking on this, you will be directed to the registration page where you may enter your name, father’s name, CNIC, email address, and phone number.

Your email will be emailed a code (OTP) for email verification. Enter that code to have your email verified. Send OTP is only good for five minutes.

Your mobile number will receive an OTP code for mobile number verification. Give that code in order to validate your cellphone number. Send OTP is only good for five minutes.

By clicking the submit button, the registration procedure will be finished. You will be directed to a page where you can set your password after submitting the form. Password must contain at least one special character, one digit, and one uppercase letter (from “A” to “Z”).

You will be taken to the login page once the aforementioned procedure has been finished.

Use your email and password to log in. Your email will receive an OTP (login code) for verification purposes only. To authenticate yourself, enter that code. The same authentication process will be used for each login.

Guidelines for handling challenges with password creation for applicant accounts:

Following successful registration, if for any reason, such as a power outage or an interruption in the internet, the applicant was unable to finish the process of generating a password for his or her account, the applicant must follow these steps to create a password.

Go to https://recruitment.fia.gov.pk to access the login page.

To continue, click the “Forgot Password” link.

When prompted, enter your registered email address and press “Email Link.”

You will then be taken to a screen where the applicant can set his account’s password.
