Candidates must print out and submit the application form ONLINE after completing it.

Complete the application form and mail it to the address listed below together with attested copies of your CNIC, residency, and most current passport-size photos.

Please see the processing fee documentation attached ( attached deposit slip copy).

Along with a scan copy of the slip, the processing cost noted on the challan form should also be deposited. The processing charge is Rs 270.
