Extension in Summer Vacations for Schools Due to Rain and Flood 2022 Notification, Department of Defense Due to the widespread rainstorm that is now occurring across the nation, ML & C Schools will be closed until August 14. Schools run by the ML & C boards will not reopen until August 15, 2022.

The summer break has not been extended by the Punjab School Education Department, hence the public and private schools that fall under PSED will begin classes on August 1st, 2022.

The summer break for pupils has been extended through August 14th, 2022, as a result of a major rain spell that affected our entire nation including Yum-e-Ashur during the first week of August 2022. Academic Calendar and Scheme of Studies for 2022–2023 should be amended or finished as necessary.
