Consolidated Seniority List Of SSTs (BPS-16) Male and Female

 Seniority List Of SSTs – In a letter (SO(PROMOTION-II)SED1-4/2022 dated 21-12-2022), the Directorate of Public Instructions (SE) of Punjab Lahore informed the District Education Officers (SE) about the “Consolidated Seniority List Of SSTs (BPS-16) (male/female) Corrected Upto 31-12-2000.”

The government has mandated that the consolidated seniority lists of SSTs (BS-16) teachers (M&F) be announced, objections are accepted, and disputes over seniority be resolved, all in accordance with all applicable rules, laws, and policies.

As such, we ask that all DEOs (SE) carefully review the names and information of SSTs (Male and Female) working in their District and positively notify this Directorate of any objections within seven days, along with any necessary documents, so that we can finalize the list and begin creating promotion cases.

Seniority List Of SSTs

The District Authority must sign and seal the appropriate pages of the lists pertaining to DEO’s districts and deliver them to this Directorate by 12-01-2023. The lists will be final after this date. If districts fail to comply, they will be reported to the Department of School and Early Childhood Education’s Secretary for disciplinary action.

Please take note that a certificate stating that no SSTs (male or female) have been left as of December 31, 2000, must be given if any names on these lists are incorrect or need to be removed.

This may be given top importance; carelessness in this area is just not an option. A BS-18/17 officer, ideally a Deputy DEO, and a dealing assistant must receive the material in hard and soft copy (MS-EXCEL FORMAT) by 12-01-2023.
