Scholarships and Bursaries
Scholarships will be valid for the duration of the session for which they are applied.
After the deadline has passed, no applications for scholarships will be considered.
The allocation of seats will be based on the number of quota reserved high scores earned by students.
Students must retain the scholarship percentage they were awarded in the first year, or else their scholarship will be amended or terminated in the second year.
The decision of the admissions/scholarship committee will be final and binding on all parties involved in the process.
Migration is not permitted for scholarship students (or their parents), and if they do, they must pay the full year’s fees that were waived as part of the Capital College Peshawar Scholarship.
He will be required to pay the entire year’s dues/fees and other charges if he leaves the college for any reason, regardless of the circumstances or reasons for his decision to leave.
It is required of scholarship students that they maintain 100 percent attendance in college classes, coaching sessions as well as all workshops; otherwise, the student is liable for an administrative penalty.
The scholarship student must appear in all internal tests and exams, or else he or she will be required to pay a fine.

Rules and Eligibility for the Board of Examiners
If the following conditions are met, a student will be ineligible to appear in the inter Board test and will not be awarded a roll number slip for the board examination: Attendance at fewer than 75% of the lectures provided in each subject is considered low. Whoever is missing from the board during the months of February and March (during revision) will have his or her examination form retrieved from the board and will be disqualified from taking the board examination.
In each science subject, attendance at practical classrooms is fewer than ten percent. Achieves less than a 50 percent aggregate score in two exams, namely the mid-term and the final term. After submitting the examination form to the board, the student fails to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance rate. In addition, he has not paid his debts and penalties on time (if any).
Has submitted documents that are either incomplete or forged.
Is older than the age of 21.

Has failed to present a migration certificate in the event that he has completed his SSC/Part-I exam from a source other than BISEP, as described above. In order to convert to pre-medical, a student must have failed either the pre-engineering or computer science part-I exams. While failing medical students might switch to Engineering or Computer Science as a new group to join.
