The University of Okara was established under Government of the Punjab Act, 2016 (XIII of 2016). Currently, there are about 6,000 students and more than 300 faculty! staff members. The University of Okara is one of the most progressive and dynam= ic institutions of higher learning. It covers an area of 204 acres of land sandwiched between Multan Road and Canal Lower Ban Doo Aab at Renala Khurd, District Okara. HOW TO APPLY

1 Applications on the prescribed form available at www.uo.edu.pk with complete bio-data and attested relevant copies of documents along-with original bank draw postal order! Challan form of Rs. 5000/- payable to the Treasurer, University of Okara should reach in the office of Additional Registrar General, the University of Okara, 2-KM, Main Multan Road, By Pass Renalakhurd, District Okara.

3 Applications without original bank draw postal order! Challan form will not be entertained and deposited amount! fee is non-refundable/ non-transferable.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1 Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per rules.

2 The quota for disabled persons, minorities and women will be observed as per rules.

3 Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/ degree awarding Institutions will be considered.

4 Foreign degree holders must submit their equivalence certificate(s) issued by the HEC, Pakistan.

5 Candidates presently working in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies must send their applications through proper channel only.

6 Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. No TAJDA will be admissible.

7 In case, any candidate desires to apply for more than one post, he! she must apply separately for each post with separate bank draft! postal order! Challan form.

8 Experience, where prescribed, would include equivalent experience, in a profession or in the service of an autonomous or semi-autonomous organization or well-reputed organization gained after acquiring basic requisite qualification for the post.

9 Closing date for submission of applications is September 25. 2019. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.
